MU-COM seeks physician preceptors to mentor students
Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) is looking for physicians to serve as preceptors for third- and fourth-year medical students beginning this fall. Students will be based at the Indianapolis school but can do rotations throughout the state.

Preceptors can opt to work with one or more students for a two-week or four-week rotation, depending on the specialty, from August 2018 to May 2019. Rotations typically start on the first day of the month and end the last day of the month. MU-COM will provide a syllabus, learning objectives and all required paperwork to preceptors, who will complete an evaluation for each student. Preceptors will receive CME credit and have library access and may be eligible for academic rank.

If you are interested in helping a physician-in-training in this way, a MU-COM representative will contact you with additional details when you indicate your interest at www.ismanet.org/MUCOMpreceptor.
