ISMA members planning a medical mission trip between Sept. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2018, are eligible to receive 
up to $3,000 to defray the costs. The deadline to apply 
for this sponsorship, which ISMA awards annually in a random drawing, is Nov. 1, 2017. 

To begin the application process, members should send an email or letter to their county medical societies or alliances, seeking an endorsement. Please include the following information:

• Name
• Contact information
• Dates and location of the proposed trip
• Details about other sponsors or coordinators
• Documentation and expense information

The medical society or alliance will forward the information to ISMA.
