Apply for Medical Mission Sponsorship by Nov. 8

ISMA members who go on a medical mission trip between Sept. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2018, may apply for the chance to receive up to $3,000 from ISMA to defray the costs. The deadline to apply for this annual sponsorship, awarded in a random drawing, is Nov. 8, 2017.

To begin the application process, members should send an email or letter to their county medical societies or alliances, seeking an endorsement. Please include the following information:

Name
Contact information
Dates and location of the proposed trip
Details about other sponsors or coordinators
Documentation and expense information

The medical society or alliance will forward the information to ISMA.

One sponsorship will be awarded in a random drawing at the ISMA Board of Trustees meeting Saturday, Dec. 2. For questions, call ISMA at (317) 261-2060 or (800) 257-4762.
